I want to link my paypal to my Bank of America account because I have money to transfer.
However, when I get into my Bank of America page after logging in, they (is this Bank of America or Paypal) on the Bank of America page (within Paypal) they want to send the OTP code to a number that I no longer have. It was my telephone number previously, but it is no longer in the records of Bank of America because I removed it.
My current telephone number is my paypal telephone number. The Bank of America has this same number and there is no other telephone no. on Paypal or Bank of America. Bank of America lets me send an OTP code to my hotmail; paypal does not.
Thanks!
Edward

Hi ecarlstedt,
Thank you for contacting the PayPal Community Forum and welcome as a new member!
Your question is very account specific and we would be unable to tell you why this has happened over a public forum. I would suggest contacting us via Facebook - https://www facebook.com/PayPal/, Twitter - @AskPayPal., chat or phone and we would be happy to advise.
