SO MY GIRLFRIEND SEND ME AN MONEY AND ITS BEEN HOLD SO I DID CONFIRM IT SAYING IT WAS VIRUTAL GOODSHIT OR WHATEVER IT IS  JUST TO LET PAYPAL LET GO OF MY MONEY BUT IT ONLY SAY 7 DAYS OF VERIFICATION BUT MY GF NOR ME DIDNT RECEIVE ANY EMAILK WHAT SHOULD I DO?? ITS BEEN 7 DAYS ALKREADY DID PAYPAL SCAM ME>???

Why is it whenever someone doesn't understand how things work then the other party has to be a scammer?

Anyway if the friends/family option is available in your country then maybe your friend should have used it but as you have not said which country you are in hard to advise on that one.

If she sent it using goods/services then funds are released when tracking shows delivery of the item + 1 day OR 21 days.

Sometimes you can mark it as shipped or processed and the sender will get the option to use the confirm receipt option HOWEVER this is not always available or guaranteed in which case you may have to wait 21 days.
