Not recognizing Linked Bank Account

I currently have money waiting in my account that needs to be transfered to my bank account.
But Paypal says I need to link my bank account, even it is recognized in my profile.

When I attempt to link my bank account, it says it is already there to use.

How can I get Paypal to fix this problem?

I was having the same problem. I do surveys on Prolific and cashed out yesterday. When I tried to accept the money and transfer it to my checking account like I always had in the past, my linked bank didn't show up. PayPal support had no clue how to fix this. They said there was a verification problem. What I figured out is that you now have to create a PayPal Cash account. Then, and only then, can you perform a standard 1-3 day transfer to your bank. Nothing like rolling out a major feature change and not even telling the support people what is going on.
