Not able to withdraw - withdraw screen is empty, then redirects to home

Hello,

1. I have tried to open withdraw page
2. Redirects to https://www.paypal.com/myaccount/wallet/withdraw
3. Page is empty
4. After some time it redirects to https://www.paypal.com/myaccount/home

I tried anonymous mode in multiple browsers (Chrome / Firefox) no luck.

This is bad cause I need to get my money 😕  Withdraw doesn't load either.
