No option in my PayPal account to mark an item as dispatched and to add a tracking number

After selling an item on Ebay, In my PayPal account I have attempted to mark an item as dispatched and to add a tracking number.

There is no option in my PayPal account to mark an item as dispatched and to add a tracking number.

There is also no option allowing me to switch to classic view, which I am more familiar with.

Has anyone else experienced this problem?

You can mark it as despatched on Ebay.

To add tracking.........

1. Go to Activity.
2. Locate the payment, click on it and then click Add tracking info.
3. Enter the required information on the ‘Enter Tracking Information and Order Status’ page and click Save.
