Hoping someone can help me really quick since PayPal chat is unavailable. So, my balance went into negative on the 12th and I just checked my bank account and saw that there was money taken out of my account on the 18th for PayPal but when I logged into PayPal again, my balance is still in the negatives. Should I be worried or is this normal and I should see my negative balance be resolved soon?
You haven't said what country you are in so i would say 'allow' a week for the funds to transfer as paypal use the slowest transfer option which goes as an echeque via ACH in batches before it clears through to paypal.
