Negative Balance on personal account

I have recently tried to sell a item on ebay. The item sold and the seller refunded because the item was more used than they thought and It was my fault for not being descriptive enough. Its okay, I just need to relist the item with a proper description. So I accepted the refund.

The money already went into my bank account, and when the seller returned my paypal account shows a negative balance. Because this is a personal account, I do not see any option to add funds to the account. I do not know why the refund hit my account and not my bank. its been some days now, and It still shows a negative balance.

Is there any way to add funds to a paypal personal account?

Called paypal, they did a manual payment and everything worked out perfectly. The problem is solved!
