Need help with a transaction not received

I sent money from my bank account to my paypal account using my banking app but it has not been received and there's nothing showing in my activities either. The transaction is confirmed by my bank statement and has been deducted and I frequently transfer money to my PayPal account this way with no issues at all. I can't open a ticket either because there's nothing showing my activities and I can only report issue with existing activities. I'm not sure what to do next. The PayPal status website is saying that there are no issues with their networks etc. Does anyone have any advice on what I should do next to hopefully resolve this issue?

My money is now showing in my PayPal account hopefully it's the same for you guys too, I'm gonna mark this thread as solved now.

Still not received it at this point. It's good to know that I'm not the only one with this issue though, hopefully that means that there's just some technical issues/delay at their end.

I’m having this problem too now!!! Looking online though I’ve seen it says they are having technical difficulties! Needed that money to pay for my food shop and it’s left me in a mess so hoping it shows soon!!! 😞

Luckily the money wasn't crucial to me, I can only imagine how frustrated you are. I just got response on twitter saying their aware and have a technician trying to fix it, yada, yada. Hope they sort it out soon for your sake at least.

Issue is still not resolved. PayPal say to be patient!! They do not have estimated time for being sorted out. Really need that money today, hope they get on with resolving problem quickly
