Need Help.. Can't Add Debit Card

Hi, I have this notification whenever I add my debit card to Paypal...but I never added that particular card in any Paypal account ever.

"This card has already been added to another PayPal account. Remove the card from the other account first, or try a different card"

Need your help, thanks so much.
