Hello, I have a friend whose paypal account in myanmar is allowing people to send her money but then she has no access to take the money out. Apparently this is an issue in that country. She has asked me to log into her account state side and transfer the funds to my US bank account then back to her through western union. Can anyone tell me if they have had similar issues or if there would be any issues with that?
