Im new at paypal I dont know that after you send money to someone after you success sending it you need to also accept the payment. In my case I sell a digital product and I already give it to him because I think that the I've got his payment but its on hold status and he said that he already confirm the transaction but still the payment is on hold. He already have my digital product. Maybe the admins can help me here.
