My PayPal is currently having issue of making payment

Hello, I have been trying to send payment to my bank but it is showing try again later. Kindly help me out on this community

As you have not added your country to your community profile or said in your post then we can't help (Paypal varies a lot country to country).

Did that option show up when you clicked to transfer funds, only i thought you could only withdraw to a visa credit card in your country?
