Hi, paypal is asking for a receipt of a purchase from supplier. But, i dont have one since the money trasferred to my account is a donation. And it says that if i wasnt able to submit it until December my account would be limited and i would not be able to send money. Hope someone could help me with these.
You need to contact customer services to resolve any account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
