Hi, I offer language learning lessons online, I had a student who paid me 450USD on the 24th of March for a 40 lessons package of language lessons, I was expecting the payment will get through after 21 days, it's been almost 6 months right now and I still haven't got my payment yet, my account was personal at that time but now I switched it to a business account.
I was told that the client(student) is the one that has to confirm the payment from her side on the transaction page so I contacted her to asked to do so but she doesn't seem to care about me.
I contacted Paypal support several times but no success.
Any advice?
