Hello I have been trying to withdraw funds from my account to mpesa but I keep on getting "Oops, the withdraw could not be completed" I waited for 72 hours before trying but I have the same issue. Can anyone assist.
To withdraw funds you need to use the services of M-PESA or Equity Bank to transfer out of a Kenyan PayPal account. If unable to get those to work customer service assistance would be needed.
