Money withdrawal

Hello , its been about 8 days since I withdrew my money and i still didn’t receive it , does anyone know what could have gotten wrong? And thanks.

Withdrawals can take a few days to complete and does not include weekend. I recommend giving our customer service a call who can look into it for you.
