I being a Customer of Paypal since 2011, for many years I was withdrawing money to my WellsFargo US bank account.
And PayPal never charged me any fees.
But suddenly from year of 2020 they willing to charge me 2.5% stating that this is because my account from UAE, so I can't do withdrawal money to US bank free of charge.
Anyone has idea, whats happen? Why its like this?
AI tried asking Paypal for help, but nobody responded since last 9 months.
