Money reversed by Paypal

I received a money from a friend through Paypal then I transferred it to my bank account. I went to check my bank account and it reflected the money that I transferred. This happened 4 days ago. Today when I checked my account, the money that I transferred was being reversed by Paypal. When I checked my Paypal account, it’s not showing there. My bank said I should reach out to Paypal but it seems so hard to contact them. Anyone knows how to get my money back? I didn’t receive any notification/email from Paypal that they are taking my money back. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!

Have you withdrawn funds before?
Are you withdrawing to a bank account and not debit card?
Have you verified / confirmed your bank account?
Were the funds in your countries currency?
Is the bank account in exactly the same name as your paypal account name?
