Money recieved-pending

I recieved money from a lady my husband did a job for on the 3rd. Today it still says money recieved-pending. Why? And how do I get the money?

I shipped an item and customer received it days ago my tracking is updated it says delivered but my funds are still being held ive even spoke to customer and confirmed delivery
