Money on hold

I recently had charges on my account that were not mine so I made a claim like normal. I then realized I made claims on purchases I made myself on accident. I then closed the case but my buyer still has my money on hold. Any help?

I'm sorry to hear about the unauthorized charges that have taken place. For assistance on this matter, I recommend contacting Customer Support. You can contact Customer Support by clicking 'Contact' at the bottom of any PayPal page. Support is also available through Facebook private message or Twitter direct message.
