Money on hold

So paypal has my money on hold on an order that's already been delivered. It was it 2 separate payments but they were both in the same package. so it gave me one of the payments but not the other and now I don't know what to do.

Please ensure you provided the tracking details to all applicable transactions. Once the item is confirmed as delivered, to the correct address, the funds will be released to you. If no tracking information is received, the funds will remain on hold for the full 21 days.
