Money on hold

I sold on Depop and since the buyer made the payment my money has been shown to be on hold and pending. It remained on hold after 1 full day after confirmed shipping and after the buyer received the item and reviewed its quality as being 5 stars. So I am really confused as to why I still can’t have access to my money.
