My situation is this: I sold a bag to a customer but she decided she didn't want it so she send it back and asked for a refund. The problem is that this was my first sell and the first transaction on this account so PayPal decided to put the money on hold. And because I did not verify my card in time my account is now disabled. How am I going to make a refund now? I sold the bag through eBay and in the refund process, the final step won't work because of this I imagine.
Paypals customer service has been trash so far only responding with the same email over and over again.
