Money on Hold

Hello. I received a payment and it says its on hold.. I am not sure why. Could you please help me with this? It is showing under my 'Recent Activity' as received but still on hold. Says to update my shipping info in order to get my money sooner...

First of all, that number doesn't look like a PayPal Transaction ID number to me. These typically have a combination of letters (in caps) and numbers, 17 characters long.

Log on to your PayPal account directly at official PayPal site (do not click any email links) and check if you have a recent activity record of payment marked "On Hold" with this particular transaction ID number with the amount on the Summary or Activity page and the amount placed in Balance Unavailable section of your PayPal balance.

Otherwise, you are being scammed with a fake transaction ID number if the transaction is not appearing in your PayPal account at all whatsoever.

It does appear in my Paypal account under Recent activity.. I don't think its a scam
