Money on HOLD

Hey some help please, paypal say's that my money are on hold, when I will take the money to my balance ? already wait 2 days!!

Paypal Message: You have successfully updated shipment information. You'll get your money within 1 day of delivery.

You'll have to wait until shipment tracking shows "delivered" and paypal's system confirms it with the carrier, then PayPal will receive the money within 1 day. Or may be 2. 

You can also ask sender to confirm receipt after entering the shipment tracking number:

(These options may not be available for some countries)

Buyer/Sender: To confirm you've received an item:

1. Go to Activity.
2. Find and click the original payment for the item.
3. Click Confirm receipt.
4. Click Yes to confirm that you received the order.

Note: Not all purchases require receipt confirmation.

Hey, thanks but already did that, but the problem is that I cant found the guy who paid me so I cant tell him to config the  receipt 

if he doesn't config the receipt I will not get paid ? or how long I must to wait ?
