I understand money hold reasons, but am baffled why money I transferred into paypal on my linked bank account should be held. It cleared my bank yesterday, shows pending still today. I have been on paypal for years deposited the money to use paypal for a purchase that I can not complete. It is kinda time sensitive. Any tips?
