Money from Closed Paypal account to newly created personal Paypal Account

Hello

I just closed my business account and transfer my money to my bank account.

Now that i also just created my PERSONAL account, how can i just easily get the money and not to wait 5-7 business days before Paypal can transfer my money to my bank account.
