Money Withdraw

I had processed a money withdraw the 22nd March from PayPal to a UAE bank. I received an email from PayPal confirming that the transfer will be completed the 25th March. Today is the 26th March, no money was transferred to my bank account and nobody from PayPal is replying to my messages. Thanks for a clarification

There are three ways to transfer money to your bank account or debit card. The time frames differ for each type of transfer.

Instant Transfer: Transfer money to your bank account in minutes for a 1% fee (max $10.00)

  • If you've selected to transfer money to an eligible bank account or debit card, you should see the money in your bank account within 30 minutes of the transfer status showing "Completed" (that timeframe will vary depending on the bank). If it's been 30 minutes and your transfer is still not available, please contact your bank for more information. Once a transfer is initiated, you can't cancel it. 

Standard Transfer: Transfer to your bank in 1 business day for free.

  • If you've selected to transfer money to a bank account, it typically takes 1 business day, but it may take longer, depending on your bank's clearing process.
  • If you transfer money on a holiday, it will take an additional business day for the money to appear in your bank account. Here are the estimated time frames:

Mail a check: Receive a check by mail in 1-2 weeks for a $1.50 fee.

  • It may take up to one week for your bank to notify us if there's a problem with the transfer.
  • We'll send you an email if we learn of any issues processing your transfer.

You can only withdraw to a card in your country so did you use a debit card?
