Hello. I created this Paypal account yesterday. I received two transactions. I confirmed the amounts and transferred them to my bank account. It showed an estimated date of 3/26. This morning I received an email from my bank that the money transfer wasn't accepted and the money would return back to the merchant (Paypal account). I called my bank and they said they have no recollection of any transfers. My Paypal account balance is $0 and it is still showing the transfer to my bank account. When will the money be back inside my Paypal Account? Once it is inside my account can I purchase things using the money in my account? Any help would be appreciated.
