Money/Payment on Hold eventhough I am not a seller

Hello Mam or sir, there has been a problem with my recent paypal activity. My employer meant to send me money but appereantly he send the money to me in a form of me being a seller, eventhough I am not. And now the money he send is on hold. Can you please make it so I can receive the money in a normal matter or at least send it back to him?

Paypal is 'country specific' so advice often depends on what country you are in. As you have not added your country to your community profile or said in your post then we can't help at the moment.

Is the friends / family option available in your country so that he can send it that way next time?

If so then see if you can use the refund option BUT do not go ahead with it if it says the refund will be sourced from your bank account and not those pending funds.
