I was made a payment by a customer but the money is on hold for 21 days.
Having looked into how this money can be released sooner, I saw that I had 2 options:
Provide a tracking number, or have the buyer leave feedback.
I do have a tracking number, but the package was received by the customer already so not sure if it is too late for this.
But, how does a customer leave feedback on Paypal?
I would like to ask the customer to do this, but would like to know the correct procedure before doing so.
Any help would be appreciated
