I tried to withdraw funds via mpesa 3times but the system response is 'Oops, the withdraw could not be completed' What could be the problem? Ps.. the amount is well within the limits. Also I verified my account this morning.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
