Hi, I am hoping someone can help me. Last week I purchased a product on eBay and paid using my debit card. The next day the company refunded my money and cancelled my order, this was due to the product being uploaded with the wrong price, not my fault but it is what it is. However they refunded to PayPal instead of back on to my card, I didn’t think I’d used Paypal but decided to keep an eye on my bank account to see if they money would go back in. On Sunday I received an email from Paypal to see I’ve received money which was the amount of £833.33 but I’ve logged on to my account and the money is not there Neither is in my bank account.. what do I do? It’s now been 9 days , I’ve left messages with Paypal, no response . I’d prefer to try and speak to them over the phone but they are not taking calls! I really need this money back but it’s disappeared... can anyone help??
