I'm from Serbia, as it states in the list of possibilities my country is eligible for sending and withdrawing money to a credit/debit card(Both Master and Visa are in the list).
Currently I'm having a MasterCard only. When I try to withdraw funds it asks for the US bank account.
Is it possible for me to withdraw my money to my MasterCard or do I still need a Visa card as of 2018?

I would advise to double check the confirmation status of your MasterCard under the "wallet" settings in your PayPal account. Please ensure the card is active and confirmed.
