My money is missing. I tried to get my money using GCASH ACCOUNT with the amount of 14,000 pesos. The 14,000 was gone. I cannot see it either in the activity in paypal. I already report it to GCASH CHAT SUPPORT and my concern was escalated. The 2nd time with my remaining balance amounting of 800 pesos. I tried to send it to my GCASH account and it is successfully sent. Please I need the money to pay my bills. I hope you understand it. Thank you!
You need to contact customer services to resolve any account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
