M-Pesa connection

Does PayPal connect to Kenya's M-Pesa system, or are there plans for PayPal to connect to M-Pesa?

Not sure if it applies in the US though. You have to have PayPal Kenya account to connect:

I help run a nonprofit in Kenya. Some if our donors use PayPal in the U.S. to contribute. Do you know if there are additional fees involved for transferring to M-Pesa? We are trying to do our best to minimize bank fees. Bank fees and PayPal fees can add up pretty quick.
