Losing my patience ! How do I complain?!

Hi guys, I'm literally fuming ! I've made a faster payment from my account last week and it went missing,my bank investigated and they've confirmed PayPal accepted the payment but never paid it to my account. I've messaged the contact centre twice and yesterday I've used the complaint option. Contact centre ignored me saying everything is fine and the bloody complaint department sent me an automated email about unauthorised payments. I've never mentioned this was an unauthorised payment. It's my money that has gone missing and is propably in PayPal holding account somewhere. Guys how to contact them to get this resolved ?

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.
Freephone from a UK landline or UK mobile number.
