I have been trying to link my bank card to the paypall account but everytime i try to link this is the response. "We're sorry. We're not able to process your request right now. Please try again later." help me guys, its really frustrating.

Do you still need assistance adding your card to the PayPal account? Have you cleared the cache and cookies on your device or attempted to add the card using a different browser?
I'm afraid if the system will not allow you to add this card and is requesting you use another one we cannot change this. Have you used this card on PayPal before or is it a new card? Who is the card issuer? Do you have funds available on the card?
