Hi, I recently just linked my Paymaya Card (Virtual MasterCard) to my Paypal for transfering funds. When I was linking the card, it said that I will have to give 100pesos from my Card and it will be refunded after I confirmed the code for my card, but it's already been 24hrs since I linked the card and I still haven't gotten my refund. When will I be able to get my refund?
Thank you for your post, and welcome to the Community! Generally when you confirm your card, the refund will be issued right away. Depending on your card issuer, though, it can take up to 30 days for it to be credited on your statement. Here's a great Help Center article on Confirming Your Debit or Credit Card.
