Linking Bank Account for an international student

Hi! I am an international student at US and I do not have an SSN or ITIN. I also do not have a bank account in the US, my bank is at Turkey. I have been using my PayPal account only for paying stuff through my credit card so until now I did not need any of these. Recently, I started a donation campaign for my cat who is fighting with FIP and I received some money to this account. I need to withdraw the money ASAP and I have friends that are willing to link their banks to my account but we couldn't figure out a way to do this. I desperately need that money. Does anyone have a solution? I can't open a bank account without an ITIN, which takes too long to be processed. Please help!

Sadly you are out of luck, you can't withdraw funds to another persons bank account as the name on the bank account and paypal account must match.

You could withdraw to a debit card if you have one or request a cheque as per link.
