Link a bank account -- Please check your information and try again

I have an AXIS bank account and I have entered my name, address, IFSC code, and account number exactly as on the AXIS bank passbook. But still the error message "Please check your information and try again" keeps on popping up whenever I try to link my bank account. I do not have internet banking, but I believe it is not necessary for linking the bank account. Receiving two small amounts is the next step, but I cannot even cross this step.
