Link a Bank Account

Hello,

I have trouble linking a bank account to my PayPal.

I've tried my Qatar bank account, it didn't go.

Tried my Philippine bank account, same thing, same error - "check information..."

I've provided correct information though.

Emailed customer service twice but no answer.

Anyone help please. It's frustrating.

You can't add a local bank account in your country.
The only exception is U.S expats can add their bank accounts to other countries paypal accounts (paypal is a U.S company so they allow their citizens to do this).

Click on the link below and select the country you want from the drop down list for options available in that country.

I've checked the link.

Send and receive is ok.

Withdraw funds says "to US bank account".

How's this possible for users with no US bank account?
