Situation is, that long time ago i had my credit card verified and linked to paypal, everything was okay, etc, i bought with it few things. Later on, due to privacy / safety issues i had to unlink (remove the credit card) from paypal, and currently im trying to add-up (link) the same credit card as before and it says there was an error with bank and my actions can't be proceeded.
My apologies if this situation has caused frustration. It sounds like your card company is denying the ability for you to add the card. To confirm this, please reach out to your card company.
If your card company is not denying the transaction, it could be that our security system is preventing it because it's currently on another account or you are adding the card from an unusual location. You may want to go through the card confirmation process instead.
