Lets try that again- sending money

I am trying to give money to my family for them to use but after I entered my password it says to try again and that there's a problem with the info I entered. I have already checked with my family member that the info I entered was correct, I checked the info again and tried again but it didnt work. I am not sending it international, they live in the same house as me.

As you have not added your country to your profile (so we can see when we hover over your username) or said in your post which country you are in then sadly can't advise.
Paypal varies a great deal country to country so you need to tell us where you are on this worldwide community forum.

Thanks @kernowlass for getting the ball rolling on this one. @Taro33, you can find some great tips for checking why your payment is not going through here: Why was my payment declined?

 

Also, occasionally, when we pass the transaction to your bank or card issuer, they can decide to decline it. In this case, please contact them to figure out why your payment didn’t go through.
