I tried to link my bank account to my paypal account. Paypal sent money and I would say how much it was to confirm that it is my bank account and then they would withdraw it. I called my bank and nothing was transfered so I cancelled the process for linking my bank account. Later I got my bank statement and it said that money from paypal had been deposited by not taken out, and now paypal won't link my bank account and I get an error. Any suggestions?
