Issue with confirming Debit Card and with linking Bank account

Hello all,

i have a problem reported when:

i. i try to link a bank account (get a ''Sorry, unable to link the Bank account - try later'' message), and

ii. confirm my debit card  - i cannot get a code (i have done it more than a time previously, so what happens in this case?...)

Any ideas how to proceed?

Is it a bank paypal support?

Also you can only add a card 2/3 times (country dependent) to a paypal account in its lifetime, have you linked it more than that?

Yes, i think i have linked it more that 2-3 times.

What can be done in this case?
