Issue about connecting account federal community saving with Paypal

I want to link my federal community savings account with my paypal account, but when I try to connect it it says I can't link this account with Paypal.

Is this bank account associated with a transferwise or payoneer account? May have to contact customer service for help to link it manually or they might refuse to link that bank. No one in the forums can link it for you.

What country are you based in?
