I have been trading Bitcoin and AltCoins for 4+ years on Binance and initially transferred money to my brother's bank account in the States to buy Bitcoin for me to send to Binance to buy and sell various coins. I now have a balance there of a few Bitcoin and would like to transfer it to a wallet where I can convert to $USD. I always thought I would do it with Coinbase but I don't have a US bank account and using a VPN to register with Coinbase with my US Passport (I no longer have a US driver's license), is useless. The verification always failed years ago, so I gave up. Is there anyway to transfer from Binance or BlockChain wallet to any type of wallet on PayPal?

Currently, Crypto is only available for US customers, with registered, and active US PayPal account's. Please be advised using a VPN is against the PayPal User Agreement, and many merchants also have security in place to prevent VPN's being used to access their sites.
Thank you for your response! PayPal accounts are country specific. Once you have created your PayPal account, and selected your country location, this cannot be changed. Please remove your financial information, and close the PayPal account before moving back to the US. You can use the same email address to create a new account, selecting the US as your country of residency, and add your US bank account. Once the account is verified, you will be able to avail of Crypto on PayPal.
