Instant Payment Not Received After 8 hours

This morning I made an instant transfer from my paypal to my card. 25 cents and TYPICALLY I have it instantly. Today...8 hours later, and I still don't have it. It shows as completed...I have no alerts or notifications from PayPal. BANK says nothing is pending. This has never happened. Is this an indication of a problem?

Im having the same issue, I tried calling but there is a 3 hour wait, so im guessing there are problems right now.

I appreciate the heads up. You're likely correct if the wait time is so long. I feel better knowing its not just me!
