Since 3 weeks PayPal has kept my payment on hold for no apparent reason. This is causing me lot of inconvenience. I have already sent messages and feedbacks to PayPal but in vain. How should l register protest? l find PayPal's behaviour highly insensitive and irresponsible. It has every right to make rules but no right to cause unlimited inconvenience to anyone.
